Jim Fitzpatrick
Jim is a Toronto-based director, photographer, writer and producer with over 20 years of experience developing award-winning digital content for a range of clients. He has worked both agency and client-side of the business and brings a keen understanding of the needs and requirements for both. Jim has established a reputation for successfully leading complex and high-visibility projects through to completion - on time and on budget.
Jim is a collaborative director, excellent communicator and innovative problem-solver. His talents lie in the area of conceptualizing, adapting ideas in innovative ways and developing approaches with clients to get things done. Jim understands how to deliver on strategy, constantly and within scope.
Jim serves on the Grand Jury of the New York Festivals, Film & TV Awards. His background in Theatre and writing has influenced his directing style and the way he works with actors to craft performance. Jim is an experienced photographer and cinematographer, adept with lighting and technically proficient with cinematic techniques and the creative use of lenses. He’s open to all types of projects and is skilled in developing technical solutions.
